THE POTENTIAL COACH
Attendee Guidelines
Here's how to show up and get the most out of our time together — while respecting your fellow attendees' time and effort. A few small commitments up front make a big difference in what you walk away with.
TURN ON YOUR WEBCAM
Please turn your webcam on during the event so I and the other participants can see you. I like being able to put a name to a face — even a virtual one — and it makes the whole room feel more like a room. It's also a great chance to connect with the other people who showed up for the same reason you did.
If you need to turn your camera off at any point, that's completely fine. Just be aware of your surroundings. If you have to step away — a restroom break, the kiddos, or anything that pulls you up mid-session — and you're taking your device with you to keep listening, go ahead and turn off both your audio and video first.
BE PRESENT
Being fully present and tuned-in is how you take real advantage of this event. Put your phone on "do not disturb," turn off your email notifications, and give yourself permission to focus. Take only the notes that matter most — you don't need to transcribe everything, and the more you're writing, the less you're actually receiving.
The transformation we talk about starts with attention. Give this the same attention you'd want your own goals to have.
COME READY
Set yourself up before we start. Keep your workspace tidy and comfortable, and have a favorite notebook and pen nearby to capture what stands out. Keep some water close so you can stay hydrated and keep your energy up for the full session.
ONE LAST THING
You already made the decision to be here. That's the hard part. Now show up like the person you're becoming — present, open, and ready to do the work. I'm glad you're here, and I can't wait to get started.

His upcoming book, From Procrastinator to Producer, brings this method to a wider audience. This free webinar is your first introduction to the framework — live, directly from Brian.
